Hi
JohnnyFD recently wrote about koh lanta's new co-working space - looks amazing! That is a real paradise and would be an amazing place to work out of! I think the only consideration is whether you would want to live in such a small place for a long time, but it definitely is a great step forward.
It is called Kohub and they also have listings for long term rental accommodation in Koh Lanta from 5.5k THB (fan only).
If you end up going please leave a comment with your experience!
Thank you for reading!

Hi
While most people know about the standard retirement spots in Thailand, one area that I have come across is Cha Am.
